Faith Lutheran Academy - Goals
Faith Lutheran Academy will ensure that all students will learn in a developmentally appropriate way and demonstrate growth each year in the following:

1. Teachers and staff will instruct, model, and witness to our faith in Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior. Students will be provided an environment and opportunity to grow in their knowledge and understanding of God’s purpose for His people in our community and the world. God’s Word will be integrated into all parts of the curriculum. We will instruct and respond to God’s love by sharing that love with others in word and deed through the application of God’s Word and Sacraments (Baptism and Holy Communion).

2. Students will be given the opportunity to practice Christian values, conflict-resolution skills, cooperation, respect, and teamwork. These experiences will help students develop life-long spiritual, intellectual, social, physical and emotional wellness.

3. Students will achieve academic excellence through the development skills in reading, writing, speaking, listening, researching, scientific exploration, math, and multimedia in a learning environment that emphasizes inquiry, critical thinking, investigation, communication, creativity, and collaboration.

4. Students will learn to use technology as a tool for productivity, expression, research, and communication. Students will become responsible users of technology as they acquire the ability to transfer their skills from one situation to another.
